Ready, Set, Dissect: Pink Living Room

In the spirit of breast cancer awareness there has been an amazing campaign on Twitter this week - feelthemupFriday. We thought this was such a great idea to promote we would go pink with our decorating this Friday.

Do you think you can do Pink with style & sophistication?

If you want to see a little more pink take a peek at this beautiful pink Marie Antoinette Tablescape on the Decorating Forum.

And don't forget to take the time today to do a breast check.

I just adore this room. The only thing I'd change is the mirror.

Aaarrrgghh! I couldn't stay in that room long enough to dissect it, let alone thoughtfully fondle my breasts...

WOW! I love that it's for BC Awareness... but not sure I could live there. Pink to the 100th power!

Pink accents are nice but a whole pink room, not for me I'm afraid. Kind of reminds me of Barbara Cartland and all her pink - LOL.

It is very pink isn't it,lol? But I hoped it inspired a few of you to do a breast check:)
I like the shapes of the furniture. I love that coffee table. And I am happy to sit in there and nibble on those treats and sip pink champagne. But it is way too much pink for me. And that mirror- what were they thinking?

Pink can work. I dont think it does here. It is too much.. and not in a good way

I love the chairs and the pink wall but otherwise I'm not a fan. Pity...I love pink!

Paint *me* pink and it might work.
Unfortunately I'm with Tricia- although I would like to see the couch out of that room to see the colour of it. There's so much pink in there I'm sure everything has colour casts! ROFL.
