Our house has Antique White USA which I really love with vivid white trim. We also used Dulux 'snoop' (navy) in the kids room.

I like the paler colours eg Antique white USA (might use that in my hallway makeover) but love the duckegg blue. I agree, there are so many versions of pale blue it's almost impossibe to choose :)

The Dulux Domino looks stunning. These photos might just convince my DH to do a feature wall in it:)

I painted the rooms in my 1820 house the colour of storm clouds, that wonderful livid warm grey, with white trim - and I loved it for the eleven years I lived there. I haven't used it again - somehow it was right just for that house.

Another house was all Farrow & Ball Lime White, but when I tried it in California it just looked dirty. Horses for courses!

Antique White USA for me every time. Question - Katrina, did you use it on the trims and ceilings too? I contrasted it with white trims, which made it stand out and more creamy than the swatches. It looks whiter with no contrasting trims, I might go the one colour next time. A-M xx

Hi A-M, I did exactly the same as you and next time I am doing exactly as you suggested...how funny is that? My sister carried the same white (it wasn't antique white usa though - must check what it was) all through to ceilings/trims/doors.... looks great!

Great colour choices!
I will always love Antique White USA but am starting to become more adventurous with colour, now favouring natural tones like Hog Bristle, love the blue/turquiose colour range at the moment & also loving the nice deep red tones too.

I've been looking for a white...the Antique White USA will be it I think, and I guess I'd better use it on the trims as well!!

Our house loves Antique White USA, just goes equally well with brilliant whites and creamy whites. I also like Wattyl's Orchid, a very soft white.

I have used White on White (Dulux) in my last 2 houses. Also like the Grey Sale you mentioned but the perfect french grey still alludes me.

i painted our place antique white USA the first time but it looked a bit dirty compared to the bright white trim and our bright white furniture. so we changed to dulux whisper white - slightly whiter but still warm and did the trim and ceilings the same too. much better and the PERFECT match to our ikea applaad kitchen doors (a nice fluke). i highly recommend using the same colour on trim if it's white.
i've just used wattyl nightsky (similar but slightly darker than dulux domino) on a feature wall in my bedroom - am finishing it up this weekend. LOVE IT!

Antique White USA I find a bit yellow. Haven't found the ideal white for my archs and trims but for my walls

I love Farrow and Ball Elephants Breath!!!!
