Ready, Set, Dissect {it's a crazy one today}

Very very different today kids! We just know what you will all say! But give it to us anyway...

Who is this designer? Just testing you all to see if you know?

What do you think of his/her work? If you want to see more, email us and we will let you know who it is.

Not for everyone, but we love to see people's reactions. This is what makes this game fun!
And look at those jackets!

Hope you are all having a great week. Send us anything you think would be good for the blog because we are open to everything.

I am still discussing house plans over here and need some serious HELP.

Ah... Monsieur and Madame Stark? Unlike his designs I think his house is hideous..nightmarish...carnival like and not in a good way. Although I do love the sense of humour evident in the male nude painting!

I love the concrete stairs with the black through the middle....I love the white shelves in his closet and I really like that all his hangers are facing the same way.....For someone who has such random and chaotic living style his closet is very organised. Good to see there is a litte bit of OCD wardrobe organisation in all of us;)The rest looks like they are celebrating xmas at a weird uncles house.
The reason the Ghost chair was born because they just couldn't visually add another piece in that space....

That's Phillipe Starck (and Mrs Starck, I assume).

I love the blackboard wall (and tidy wardrobe). But my head would spin if I lived in that day to day.

Very clever Kerry to get the designer first up:). How can a man design such beautiful simple and classic rooms and furniture & then live in that. When I first saw this I was devastated- what a mess. I like the chalkboard wall but that's it:( I am going to have to pretend I have never seen this and just visualise the beautiful white hotel rooms he did for the hotel in Miami.

Wow, Phillippe Stark!!! I wouldn't have visualised him living in this. Uuummm, diplomatically not my style and I have nothing nice to say, so that is me done. Chow for now

Well all I can say is it reminds me of my four years at Uni doing Fine Arts, a hell of a lot of "I'm an arrteest" and "look at me"!! Kudos to him though, you would have to be a brave person to live amongst that, personally I would be having nightmares about that naked man picture on the stairs every night ;0)

Oh meester Starke, what a mess! Couldn't bear to live in that - would do my head in for sure. Smacks of freaky sideshow alleys full of weird carnie folk. And what is with that painting - not sure I'd want to have to look at that every day! K xx
